What's a Fanlisting?
A fanlisting is a an online brings together fans of a certain person / subject / object / activity / game / what-have-you through the use of a list of their names and the countries they're from.Dark Elves
Dark Elves have appeared in several books, games, and different countries' folklore. Modern depictions of them are rarely heavily based on folklore, rather, they are based on outside influences. They are often depicted as evil counterparts of normal Elves, and are often described to have dark skin and light-colored hair. Most Dark Elves are said to live in seclusion, often in underground communities.Why Dark Elves?
Why did I make a fanlisting about Dark Elves? You can blame all the various games and fantasy novels that I've encountered that make Dark Elves really cool and kick-ass for that. XD I also find it interesting that although they weren't that popular or as glorified in folklore, there are so many depictions of Dark Elves in modern media such as video games and novels. I dedided to put up a fanlisting AND a sort of mini-shrine for Dark Elves here so that people can actually see their roots and backgrounds in various cultures and media.Credits
