Jam 88.3 Promotes Basti Artadi’s New Track, Gives Fans a Heart Attack
Jam 88.3 recently published this promotional post on their Facebook page, and DIOSMIO they gave us Basti/Wolfgang fans a heart attack:
Take this as a lesson in graphic design and layout, folks. The way the text is laid out, the font choice, and the predominantly black photo all insinuate that the artist has passed away. *knocks on wood several million times* And this is EXACTLY what I and other fans thought at first glance. The comments section of this post is full of people expressing their relief upon realizing they were misled by the visual:
Given that Basti has been a bit inactive for some time, posting a visual that looks like an “in memory of” tribute would definitely lead to mini heart attacks. Please don’t do that to us, Jam 88.3; we love Basti and are excited to see him make a comeback, but try not to scare like that close to Christmas Day, okay?

In his own Facebook post, Basti provides a little more detail on what’s about to happen on December 23. Thankfully, he used a different image than the one Jam 88.3 posted:
